Ch-ch-ch-changes!

Seems like there have been a lot of changes around here lately, even as we gear up for one of the biggest changes of all!  In anticipation of the twinkles, Iris and Eve have moved in together into the "Big Girl's Room" and have been rockin' that club since the New Year.  So far, so good!  Our biggest issue has been that they've been enjoying it too much and don't want to quit playing to actually go to sleep.  I'm sure the novelty will wear off soon, and in the mean time I just remind myself how lucky we are that they want to play together so much, and how 30 years from now the giggles and squeals coming from behind that door post-bedtime will be some of my fondest memories.  And in the short term, we've started putting Eve to bed a half hour earlier than Iris and tiptoeing Iris in once she's asleep.  :)

We've also created the nursery for the twins and are slowly but surely bringing things out of our storage closet, washing them, sniffling a little bit (alright, fine...that's just me...) and putting them away so they're ready when the twins are.  I forget how little newborn clothes are!!!  The idea of having babies small enough to need preemie clothes is beyond my comprehension at this point.

31 weeks and going strong!  T minus who knows until the new babies' arrival, but I'm still dancing!
