Admittedly, this is a long overdue post. The end of November, was a blur. We had a wonderful gobble-riffic Thanksgiving in Montana this year with my sis and her beautiful family. A nice long weekend packed with food, fun, food, cousin love, first birthdays and more food. Amazing! And then...the plague hit...
Over the past two weeks the girls have had fevers, snot, sore throats, horrible coughs, and very little patience for my ever shortening lap. Eve was diagnosed with "raging ear infections" in each ear, and Iris wound up with a sinus infection and the beginnings of a pneumonia. Eve ran a high fever for 12 straight days (like, 103+) Iris for at least 7, and somewhere in there Erik went on a business trip and I wound up with the plague myself. SO.
We're getting a late start on Christmas Cheer around here....but we're making up for it in a hurry! And it's getting nice and cozy in this house. :)

The house looks great, and Iris had quite a tete a tete with Santa.Dad did a good job with our
outside lights, but anyone seeing the inside would naturally assume we're Jewish. And it's looking as if it might stay that way. First year bet for no tree. Bah, humbug. :)
