The shirt shook. :)

So I've seen it on other pregnant women, and was fully aware (and excited) that it would happen to me, but I have to say....it is HILARIOUS! My shirt moved on its own for the first time Wednesday night. :)

All of a sudden those little flutter kicks are KICKS and are not only capable of being seen, but are capable of moving clothing! Now about 20 minutes after I eat, I get to sit back and enjoy the fireworks. Such fun! It just makes me giggly every time it happens. We might have to rename "Monster" and start calling him/her "Thumper"...

Yeah, that part used to creep me out a little (in a very cool way). Heidi and I would just lay on the futon watching the alien creep show happening within her belly! Try eating some hot wings and see what the little booger has to say! ;o)

omg "thumper" is my nick name by my parents for that exact reason (and because Bambi had just come out recently around my birth). If you nickname him "thumper" i'll be totally flattered ;)

Well, it certainly beats the "Chump
or the "Lump!" Now all you have to do is sits back and wait until you're big enough for people on the other side of the room to watch your shirt shake.
Love,
Mom

Hey! Guess who's here? Hi Bethee and Erik! Guess who is living in Jeremy's room for a while (until I sell my home in Lumberton) which by that time your Mom and Dad will probably put me on the street. I have moved back to Tulsa and will start a new job on Monday (Sept.17). This has happened very quickly probably in the last 4 wks did I finally decide to move. I have brought Jasper a friend to play with (Gus-my little dachshund). Take care and I'm watching your baby grow!!!!! Love, Judy

When Nancy was pregnant with Erik in the 9th month, a working teacher Mom with a 7 or 8 year old daughter came by for a visit. Nancy was sitting down, a maternity dress hanging over a big belly. Suddenly, here dress began to move across her belly, and the little girl got wild eyed, mouth wide open, and said "Oh, Mommy, did you see that?" It was a moment right out of the first Alien movie. Erik was quite the kicker too, twisting and turning. So little "Monster/Thumper comes by it naturally!
